Agape Ministry is a non-profit organization, founded in 2011, by Merrian and Patrick Raths in Hong Kong. Its vision is to see restoration within Philippines; its mission is to provide physical, social, environmental, and spiritual support to Cebu, where over 200,000 families live in poverty.

Philippines in the past few years has seen the largest growth in malnourishment among children aged 5 years and under.
Education and supplies are vastly needed to help decrease malnutrition and provide maternal care. Public awareness, proper nutrition, and parenting educations are the only way to remedy the 10 year down trend.
